Service Delivery Manager

As our new service delivery manager, you will join Group IT at our office in either Lyngby or Struer. Here, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of our contracted services and follow up with our vendors and outsourcing partners. Stepping into this key role that offers a great mix of operational and strategic tasks, you will:
- Manage the relationship with and performance of vendors delivering services to Group IT
- Report on and highlight progress to the IT Leadership team
- Identify risks and issues to minimise application downtime or outages
