Danfoss is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for our Northern European Region (NER), who will be leading our Regional Talent Acquisition Team in operational recruitment activities. Our overall mission is to get the right people at the right time with the right qualifications in the positions needed across our business areas.

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will act both as a recruiter, advisor and partner for our stakeholders.

Your main areas of responsibilities will be:

• Act as advisor and sparring partner to local/regional managers and HRBP’s in regard to recruitment processes.
• Ensure local compliance to global recruitment processes.
• Effectively create awareness around employee’s referral program.
