We are looking for a maternity cover for our Site Training team within the Construction Site Resources department. We are looking for a self-driven Training Specialist who is eager to play an important part in the on-site training and development of our technicians within Offshore.

As our Training Specialist, you will support the development of Offshore site personnel by analyzing equipment and task related competence requirements and develop and operationalize needed training products. Further you will help monitor and aid the upskilling process of specialist roles in coordination with operational leaders and alignment with the project execution workflow.

As our Training Specialist, your main responsibilities will cover:

Actively contributing to the continued development of our technicians and site management
Developing and executing new training projects based upon business needs
