CPH gained an increased awareness of their employees’ job satisfaction – and an insight into how they are perceived externally
With an internal and external employer brand analysis from Jobindex, CPH gained a clear understanding of how their culture is perceived by both employees and potential candidates – along with plenty of inspiration for the ongoing development of their new EVP.
The Challenge
Like many other companies, CPH faced a market where it was occasionally difficult to find qualitied candidates. In parallel, the new EVP needed to reinforce employee satisfaction and sharpen CPH’s communication toward different candidate groups.
“An EVP has to resonate with both current employees and potential candidates, which is why these insights were so valuable to us. The analysis helped us understand what our employees associate with CPH as a workplace - and whether candidates see us in the same way. This way, we could create an authentic narrative.”
The Solution
Jobindex conducted an internal and an external employer brand analysis for CPH. Through this, we covered a range of questions about how both employees and potential candidates perceive areas such as culture, diversity, salary, location and management.
The analysis made it possible to highlight how candidates’ perceptions compared with employees’ experiences — and pinpoint the focus areas. In addition, the analysis delivered more than 3,000 open-text quotes that CPH could use in their ongoing employer branding efforts.
“We discovered, among other things, that the culture varies across departments, which we can now start working on to see what we can adjust. And we can compare this with our psychological workplace assessment. All of this means that our employees feel heard and can see that we are improving the workplace.”
