As a HR Specialist, your main job is to advise and give operational support to our business regarding all parts of HR.
Your key responsibilities will be giving support to our stores/employees, head of retail and headquarters in the HR areas salary, compensation & benefits, labour law, recruitment & contracts, administration, reports/analyses, performance management, HR projects and coordinate HR processes etc. You will be building up and implementing new routines, local policies, practices and guidelines in our stores regarding HR.

We are therefore looking for an experienced Head of Academy & HR for Kvik in Vildbjerg. You will have an important and central role in the company reporting directly to the CEO. Kvik is planning to grow turnover 24% over the coming 3 years (actual 51% growth in turnover from 2014 to - 2018), and the Academy & HR function is key to achieving this. You will lead the Academy, define the training program offered to stores across 10 countries, drive development of new training programs and lead the HR agenda and HR processes.
