We are looking for a bright and service-minded HR Assistant for ROCKWOOL International A/S, our headquarters in Hedehusene.
You will be an important part of our HR team, where you play a key role in coordinating and executing HR administrative tasks and ensuring that HR is perceived as a service-oriented and professional unit. You are responsible to the HR Admin & Payroll Manager.
Your tasks will include:
- General support to HR Partners responsible for Group functions and Nordic HR Specialists
- Upload job adverts on jobsites
- Handling of applications and sending of tests

FOSS is expected to grow significantly in the coming years and to strengthen our HR function, we are now looking for a recruiter to assist the global organisation. Reporting to a Global HR partner, you will be part of Global HR, Communication and Sustainabililty, totaling 13 employees in Denmark and five employees outside Denmark.
As recruiter, you will be to supporting hiring managers in finding the right candidates. Working from our office in Hillerød, you will handle the recruitment process in close cooperation with the hiring manager. Typically this includes:
- Defining job profile, candidate profile and a sourcing strategy to attract the most qualified candidates
- Conducting interviews either face-to-face or via Skype
- Personality profiling
- Candidate reports

As a Principal Consultant, your focus will be to solve issues affecting the client’s core business by focusing primarily on the HR, reward, and business performance challenges (e.g. sales, profits, market value or other similar metrics).
You will do so by operating within different specialized fields, such as the design of HR and reward solutions, incentives, legal & tax aspects, job architecture, performance management, talent management, due diligence and so on. At the same time, you will hold a managing role towards team members, clients and leadership teams on different client projects.
You will work within a high performing team to develop strong actionable solutions to complex reward and HR issues faced by our clients, whether an R&D intensive start-up or a leading multinational corporation.

We are looking for candidates with some professional experience (2-4 years) for the position of Senior Consultant. We are also open to consider newly graduated candidates with some professional experience (1 year or more) for the position of Consultant.
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work to understand the client’s business, join client discussions and workshops, and work to put together relevant solutions by shaping client deliverables and best practice reports. At the same time, you will develop your functional expertise within Performance & Rewards, broader HR and change management, as well as your client management skills and your consulting toolbox.
