In the role of Technical Support Specialist you will be part of a team of skilled technicians who are responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to our customers. You will provide help and guidance on technical issues and questions relating to the software and hardware of our audiological solutions.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Support our customers via phone, email, online and remote sessions and, if required, visit our customers on site
- Record incidents in our quality system
- Contribute to the continuous development of our support function
- Assist our sales team in conducting seminars around the world

Your primary responsibility will be to win and advance global customers across regions and countries. You will cooperate closely with your sales organisation and back-offices that include several proposal and project departments. This implies direct management of your sales organisation in Denmark and Germany including sales management of a long series of Sales Managers and Sales employees in associated companies around the globe.
