You will be part of Enterprise systems, Cost & HR solutions in Group IT located in Glostrup. We are responsible for the systems supporting internal functions like the portfolio of HR systems (e.g. payroll, systems for recruiting, performance, talent management, HR master data, etc.), accounting, invoice workflow (supported by a Dynamics AX solution).
As a team manager you will be responsible for a team of 5-10 employees. You will be the HR manager for the team members and you will be delivery responsible for the team. As department Manager of the Global Airtech Procurement team you will be part of our centralized Group Procurement organization, a very engaged & professional organization working globally and across all divisions and entities in FLSmidth.
You will be heading a team of procurement professionals driving Procurement of Airtech equipment securing alignment with Global Category management & strategies. As Department Manager you enable your team to get the most out their talent and by that deliver best in class solutions in our industry. You ensure right specifications, optimal staffing, proper guidance and coaching in order to deliver on time, on budget and with top-class quality. In detail, it will be your job to:
- Set direction with clearly defined goals and objectives
- Coach, motivate and develop your team
- Building and maintaining relations to internal customers as well as suppliers

As the manager for integrated facility management at our headquarters, you ensure that our supplier delivers high quality of catering, cleaning, waste management, building maintenance and reception staffing.
