En af dine første store opgaver bliver at skabe harmonisering mellem vores afdelinger i Nordeuropa. Det gør du ved at forme og implementere den overordnede strategi for regionen sammen med direktørerne for Benelux, Tyskland og Østrig, som du indgår i Nordeuropæisk ledergruppe med.
