PhD scholarship in Efficient Numerical Modelling of Smart Hearables while Fitted to Users – DTU Electro

Are you interested in learning and extending on state-of-the-art numerical modelling techniques and, at the same time, contribute to improving the listening experience of smart hearable users and hearing impaired?

As a PhD candidate with us you will create models of audio devices that are worn in or over the ear and including the wearer’s acoustical and mechanical influence. It is a 3-year PhD position in the DigitSTEM initiative: A four-year research collaboration between The Technical University of Denmark (DTU), The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Stem Cell Medicine (renew) at University of Copenhagen, and Bioneer A/S that aims at developing new in vitro disease models and cell therapies using human induced pluripotent stem cells.
