Client service teamet sidder sammen med vores kollegaer i Business Development i frontlinjen og er ofte de første, vores danske og internationale kunder møder via telefon eller e-mail.

De daglige arbejdsopgaver består blandt andet i at besvare henvendelser fra vores kunder, herunder registrere information i vores CRM-system (Salesforce), beregne priser, udarbejde, fremsende og følge op på tilbud til vores kunder i ind og udland, vedligeholdelse af vores prislister samt deltage i optimering af forretningsgange og procedurer i teamet.

Solutions Consultant - Denmark (1 year contract)

As Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to the sales growth in Denmark by increasing awareness, developing networks, providing information on Tobii Dynavox products to potential customers and clients and assisting them in the selection and sale of speech generating devices that best meet their needs.

This role is temporary, ideally spanning from May 2024 to May 2025. It may be possible to extend this role into a permanent position beyond the initial timeframe, subject to evaluation and mutual agreement.
