You will be responsible for drawing, creating, validating and delivering great customer experiences. Your responsibility will also include defining concepts and developing new services originated in an in-dept understanding of customer journeys. You can extract what the customer needs are and support a team in building and making this happen. You create prototypes to test new ideas with users, and know what it takes to move beyond a great prototype and create a great service.

The new UX & Design team is part of the ‘Digital & Payments Area’ in Business Development in Personal Banking. The New Mobile Bank Tribe is responsible for creating and developing the new mobile bank based on a deep understanding of customer behavior, and by using the newest technological possibilities.
Strong designers and UX specialists are already working in the team, but you will be responsible for setting the overall direction and ambition for the team - while drawing, creating, validating and delivering great customer experiences.

- Planning and conducting workshops with users that are based on principles within user centred design
- User tests, collecting and analysing user behaviour
