Student Worker - Airport Project Execution

We are offering an opportunity for students, who want to put their administrative and project management skills to the test in an international setting.

You will take on a wide range of administrative tasks to support the project execution, and it´s important that you are interested in a role, where you will focus on being the go-to admin person and thrive with taking on a lot of different ad hoc tasks.

We offer a job of appr. 10-15 hours weekly - the precise working hours will be agreed and depends on your availability.

Do you want to be part of a growing energy business? And are you keen to work in a challenging environment, where you will be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks?

You will liaise with colleagues both onshore and offshore through work in the SHEQ department and overall, in the DK Operations department. We expect the job to be approximately 10 hours a week placed in normal office hours from Monday to Friday.

Specifically, some of your tasks will be to:

• Ensure safety critical training is handled prior to expiry with respective training providers.
• Create purchase requisitions in SAP for all booked courses.
• Review internal planning sheets and get outstanding courses booked.
