Senior Vice President, Global Chief Medical Office

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic medical executive to join our Global Research & Development organisation in a newly established senior leadership role as SVP, Global Chief Medical Office (GCMO).

In this role, you will act as scientific advisor to the EVP of R&D and the Global R&D leadership team, and your primary objective will be to ensure “one global medical voice” for ALK internally and represent the medical voice of ALK externally.

PCBA Test Engineer

During design reviews, you will leverage your expertise in PCBA testing to assess the testability of proposed designs. You will analyze circuit layouts, component placements, and connectivity to identify potential testing challenges and opportunities for improvement.

You will maintain and update the journey maps, so they reflect newest insights available. You will be an advocate for the Outside-In perspective across the Demant, incl. Hearing Care, and maintain and expand the existing knowledge in the organization about the users and the customers.

One of the great things about working with our journey maps is the ability to visually narrate the entire customer experience, revealing insights, and guiding strategic decisions.

Paralegal

You will work closely with our Senior Paralegal, and you will be interacting directly with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You can look forward to a truly diverse and challenging working day, where you will encounter a variety of tasks, including: Assisting in implementing a new IT system, maintaining and updating data on our group companies in the legal entity management system and preparing Power Point presentations.

Sales Excellence Specialist to support our CSO and CEO

The role is based in our Commercial Excellence Team and will report to the Director for Commercial Excellence, but you will be working closely with the CSO and the CEO to ensure that our 24 markets deliver on their plans and budgets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring sales tools are rolled out and implemented in the respective markets.

Success in this role is all about creating the right collaboration with the Managing Directors for our markets, thereby ensuring strong organic sales growth.
