Herudover vil du få et tæt samarbejde med projektafdelingen omkring teknisk support og støtte i salgsfasen fra ideoplæg til færdigt byggeri og aflevering af kundens ønskehus.
Du vil selv skulle være topsælger i afdelingen med løbende weekendvagter i to ud af tre weekender. Her rådgiver du kunderne i deres valg af løsninger og materialevalg og hjælper eventuelt med at finde attraktive grunde gennem mæglere eller via de kontakter, Planet Huse gennem mange års salg af fritidshuse i Danmark har.
Ud over selv at være aktiv i salget, vil du skulle uddanne, støtte og løbende følge op på dine sælgere og deres salgsperformance, så teamet når de estimerede budgetter for afdelingen.
