You will drive project initiation, pro-active risk management and being persistent during project execution.

Key activities will also be to engage with key project and management stakeholders to ensure high transparency of project status during execution and to ensure a sustainable result after project closure.

A key element will also include having focus on improving the way we work throughout the project lifecycle, and to ensure to implement PMO best practices the best possible way in your own projects.
