Senior People Analytics Partner

Join us in this role where you’ll work with key stakeholders across the business to identify needs and opportunities to inform their decisions based on people data and analyses.

This implies that you attach great importance to analyzing the market based on the specific recruitment task, after which you work actively to contact potential candidates and create relationships with them.

TA Consultant

You will be responsible for recruitment across all business areas. You will drive your own portfolio of hiring, help define requirements, build effective recruitment processes, and act as our managers highly qualified sparring partner throughout the process, while simultaneously ensuring a positive candidate experience.

HR-koordinator

Som HR-koordinator bliver du en del af HR-afdelingen sammen med vores HR Manager. HR-afdelingen arbejder tæt sammen med de øvrige afdelinger i Odense Havn, og det er vigtigt, at du trives med at være til stede på arbejdspladsen, da vi har en stor kontaktflade med hele organisationen.

Du kommer til at arbejde med de fleste HR-discipliner inden for personaleadministration i en foranderlig hverdag, hvor tingene ofte går hurtigt.
