The People & Culture Department consists of 8 colleagues. We support Vivino in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Office Management. Most of your colleagues are in our Danish office in Copenhagen, and two are in San Francisco, California. We are a savvy team that continually strives to improve efficiency to support Vivino and all its employees.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (maternity cover)

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from start to finish and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent.

Your tasks will include:

• Source candidates through various channels (primarily LinkedIn)
• Conduct 2nd interviews including assessment feedback
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

The Program Professional will become part of a dedicated team that is located at customer premises in Greater Copenhagen. As a Program Professional you will be responsible for ensuring that the client’s contingent staffing needs are met through a streamlined and efficient procurement process for the sourcing of IT consultants. The role requires daily contact with our customer's hiring managers and supplier base to efficiently drive and facilitate the procurement process.
