Group Finance Reporting Manager

As a Reporting Manager, your mission will be to be a hands-on manager for a team of 4 dedicated employees.

Main focus will be to report timely and accurate trustworthy Group Financials that will guide the senior management in understanding the financial results on both Business Unit level and Group level.

You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various departments across the company and external stakeholders.

Head of Global Processes, Finance

We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Global processes with a foundation within finance. Your team plays a strategic role in aligning and optimizing business processes to support FOSS’ strategic objectives on a global scale.

You will join a team of data and process professionals working to standardize global processes and ensure trust, transparency, and availability in data. You will in this role work closely together with your team members but also your co-process owners across the FOSS organization.

Finance Director

The role of the Finance Director will be to lead and develop the finance function with currently seven skilled employees, and your responsibility will be finance, auditing, treasury, tax, and salaries and you will be responsible for the reporting towards their US stock exchange listed owners (ITW).

Furthermore, as a part of the management, you are co-responsible for developing strategies, with your responsibility specifically focused on the data foundation.
