The PPE (Production Planning & Execution) and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) team is a dynamic and diverse group of 10 highly skilled employees, who are working closely together with colleagues in IT and external consultants. As Head of PPE & SIOP, you will:
- Act as People Manager for Danfoss One ERP members of the PPE and SIOP team. In addition, make resource planning for the whole team including external and IT consultants
- Participate in the roll-in with a special focus on identifying gaps between the One ERP template and business process in use, by driving workshops, presenting processes and tools for the local organization
- Guide own team in finding solutions to identify gaps within the template, business processes or changes to the template, develop problem solving methods
