Are you skilled to assist and give advice and excellent service to customers through the phone and email? Do you like to cooperate and achieve target every day with your colleagues? If yes, then you might be Nets’ new Customer Service Representative.
Nets is specialized in powering digital payments and is connecting banks, businesses and consumers by facilitating an international network of digital payments – credit card terminals.
The job is a full-time temporary position for 1 year to cover a maternity leave. You will be hired through StudentConsulting. The working hours is in between 8 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Together with your line manger you will be setting up a commercial plan on how to actively approach new clients.
Your potential clients have a single store or a large retail chain or something in between. Our software offers the best solution for all of them. You will be advising them on top priorities which they will face in the upcoming years: omnichannel shopping, mobile devices, loyalty programs and apps. You will deliver a solution to them for now and the future.

You become a part of JACK & JONES’ Sales Support department, where you get more than 20 dedicated and energetic colleagues.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales responsibles, our sales representatives and our customers in the French market. In addition, you will be the link between the customers, the sales team and JACK & JONES’ buying department, so you will have a broad network, internally as well as externally. More specifically, your tasks include:
- Administrative support for the sales team in the French market
- Ensuring correct sales flow in collaboration with Buying and Sales
- Order processing and following up on order and stock situation
