Build, lead and develop FAAS Tech as a business and service area and working with our other solution areas within finance. You will also be working with our EMEIA and Global technology innovation team to build new solutions. Define the strategies and business plans and build strong customer relationships, which are important to run a profitable business. Moreover, you have the overall responsibility for project management of projects, from offer to final delivery.

- Build up and strategically develop our supplier network country-wide across multiple categories

NAC is a successful, international growing company offering an exciting position as Global Payroll and Compensation & Benefit coordinator within its HR Department in Billund.
Referring to the head of HR, you will enter into an exciting position. Your first project will be to support our journey from having local payroll handling to having one external payroll service provider. Following the successful completion of the project, the role will become more administrative and build the bridge between organisation, payroll provider and finance.
- Be the go-to person for payroll related questions for all employees.
- Maintain payroll and HR master data within our global HR software (PeopleHR) and updating metrics.
- Accrual payroll imports/statistics as needed.
