Customer Care Representative is part of our Customer Contact Centre who supports our customers.

Primary tasks:

• Service and advice to our customers when shipping
• Proactive follow up and problem solving on shipments

Are you passionate about working with customer data and transforming data into relevant customer insights across JYSK? Then you might be the new Customer Insight Specialist we are looking for!

As a Customer Insight Specialist you will help collect, analyse and communicate customer insights across the organisation and ensure the voice of the customer across JYSK. You will work with many different types of projects and stakeholders and help create the foundation and direction for the newly established customer insight function.
