IT Supporter

As an IT supporter in our Scandinavian IT team, your most important task will be to help your colleagues in Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia with IT-related challenges – you will be a bit of a problem solver. You will naturally and very quickly get a wide range of contacts in the organization, from warehousing and logistics to sales, finance and all our other departments.

You are service-minded and can talk to all kinds of people, and therefore you also find it easy to collaborate in everyday life. You may be a recent graduate with a relevant education or have previous experience. We are part of an international group, and you will get the chance to develop in this environment.

Vi søger dig, som har en god teknisk forståelse, og som har lyst til at have en arbejdsdag fyldt med tekniske udfordringer og reparationer af produkter hos den mest anerkendte navigationsproducent i verden!

Din primære arbejdsrolle vil være reparationer og vurderinger af forskellige tekniske produkter. Udover at arbejde fysisk med produkterne vil du også varetage administrative opgaver, kommunikation med forhandlere og andre afdelinger samt kunder på mail.

Teknisk Remote Supporter til CTS/BMS-området

Brænder du for at gøre en forskel og arbejde i grænsefladen mellem IT og bygningsautomatik? Og vil du kombinere din tekniske forståelse med dine stærke kommunikative evner?

Opgaverne som Remote Supporter er meget varierende, men du kan primært se frem til at:

• Løse kunders CTS server, netværk og anlægstekniske problemer via remote-opkoblinger
• Håndtere hotline-kald fra kunder
• Udføre 1. level intern teknisk support til medarbejderne i Smart Infrastructure
