Preferably based in Struer, with a few days a month in Lyngby, you will lead your team to strengthen the value chain across Logistics, Planning and Procurement, supporting our go-to market strategy. Over the past few years, we have transformed our operating model, utilising supply partners to a larger extend and expanding our global sales channels, which require our processes to be optimised towards the new set-up.
Your very first task will be to form a governance structure to prioritise projects and help establish and develop the team, so we utilise the resources in an efficient way. The team manages projects such as establishment of new distribution warehouses in Europe/China/US and new service logistic set-ups as well as cross-company process optimisation (e.g. improved budgeting process, go-to market processes and order management processes).

As a demand planner, your mission is to deliver optimised companywide demand planning to ensure strong customer service, flexibility, high product availability and low inventories. This involves perfecting our global demand plans and forecasting as well as communicating with customers and colleagues across Global Sales, Order Management, Product Management and Finance.
More specifically, you will be tasked with ensuring timely and accurate forecasting, driving weekly adjustments and cross-functional follow-up as well as reviewing forecasting performance. In addition to this, you will consolidate the monthly demand plan and ensure scenario planning on critical business objectives.
As you do so, you will act as a change agent, gathering learnings and driving process and system optimisation to improve future forecasting and planning routines.

As a Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) in our Operational Supply Chain team, you will be assigned the responsibility of coordinating the supply chain activities for one or more assigned drilling rigs from the International Jack-Up Rigs Asset team.
The main priority of the role is day to day purchasing (placing POs, expediting and invoice matching) including but not limited to supply planning and execution, logistics, contract management, supplier relationship management, cost management, and operational readiness. The SCS manages most rig purchasing and is the daily link between the overall Supply Chain Management team and the rig team.
