Mai's Wok, which is located in Mageløs in the center of Odense, needs help in the kitchen to that extent - preferably candidates with experience from Asian cuisine. Mai and her husband would like to train the candidate in Vietnamese cuisine. You just have to like cooking and know how a kitchen works - that's a requirement. Mai, who owns the place and is Vietnamese herself, currently has 3 Vietnamese employees - 1 cook and 1 helper and they work very well together in the kitchen as they speak the same language - one of them also speaks a little English. So the candidates sought must be Vietnamese so they can communicate together. Mai herself operates in front of the customers and, of course, speaks fine Danish and Vietnamese. She needs candidates for 37 hours (and there will probably be more hours). There may well be a bit of pressure at times when things have to go fast, so it must be candidates who are robust and mentally strong. She is open 7 days a week and the working hours will primarily be evenings from 15.00-21.00 incl. weekend work Start as soon as possible. But Mai is also very keen on the kitchen working well together, so she also wants to wait for the right one.
