The position
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for the critical material handling process, your main responsibility is to ensure the 11 Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) sites comply with the NN corporate requirements to handling of critical waste.

You will lead the critical material handling process group in AM and represent AM in the corporate process group for critical waste handling.

You will be working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally. The position is part of the Product Security Programme, which also has interface to physical security and product security as a whole.

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the Critical Material Handling Process group for all Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) sites.
  • Initiating and owning various projects to enhance critical material handling processes and support a higher level of product security.
  • Collaborating closely with critical material handling local responsibles at AM sites across Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
  • Working in close partnership with other groups, such as improvement groups, network groups, and other process groups.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders along the value stream to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Analysing data to prioritise efforts where the value and impact are most significant.

In this role, you will set direction and deliver results that significantly impact critical material handling processes. You will support our global network, and occasional travel to other sites is expected, in addition to virtual collaboration across locations.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Need to have:

  • A relevant academic degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project or process management, ideally in a global or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple sites.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in aseptic manufacturing or pharmaceutical production.
  • Knowledge of critical material handling processes or product security.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies or process improvement frameworks.
