Your new role

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the project execution of the FP1 Facility (Finished Production Facility) and facilitate collaboration with construction managers and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of the FP1 facility project.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading project execution - managing project risks and overseeing budget adherence and follow-up
  • Coordinating directly with Construction Management and Contractors, ensuring efficient collaboration throughout the project and reporting project performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing the project/construction plan, monitoring and controlling project work
  • Negotiating project resources with Line of Business (LoB) management and managing those resources during execution
  • Establishing appropriate project governance in conjunction with the project owner
  • Performing integrated change control throughout the project
  • Closing and evaluating project outcomes

The Fill & Finish Expansion department within CMC & PS is dedicated to building the factories for the future around the world, and we are establishing a state-of-the-art facility in Odense. This marks Novo Nordisk's first manufacturing site in Fyn, crucial for enhancing our capacity to meet market demands for rare diseases. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, or above, preferably in Construction Engineering or Architecture, supplemented with project management
  • Over 5 years of multidisciplinary project management experience in construction and pharmaceutical production
  • Strong knowledge of project management and change management, preferably with experience in AB18 projects
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proven experience coordinating and engaging with a diverse stakeholder base
