Supply Chain & Inventory Specialist
The Role
In this pivotal role, you will leverage data-driven insights to strengthen procurement processes, optimize inventory management, and enhance supplier performance across our operations. You will collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations and Production Management teams, influencing key decisions and shaping best practices. This position is practical and execution-oriented, requiring a proactive approach and a strong ability to turn analysis into tangible results.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to join our team as Supply Chain & Inventory Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and driving measurable results. You will play a central role in ERP implementation, inventory optimization, and supplier performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with our procurement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across all sites using analytical tools and best practices.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms in collaboration with the Power BI team to ensure transparency and actionable insights.
- Government suppliers master data and ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulations (including NIS2).
- Analyze purchase price variance (PPV) and days payable outstanding (DPO) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track savings and report supplier performance metrics, including on-time delivery (OTD).
- Act as ERP superuser for the Procurement module, including documentation, training material creation, and global team support during implementation and go-live.
- Support management with ad-hoc analyses and contribute to procurement savings initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience: Background in supply chain or procurement operations, ERP systems or data governance. Highly developed Excel skills.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Mindset: Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Personal skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven in task execution, strong stakeholder management skills, with an open and positive mindset.
