The job description
Asmodee Nordics is looking for an energetic, positive and adaptable marketing assistant with interest in social media and hands-on and practical marketing tasks.
You are interested in planning, executing and analyzing online campaigns including copy (incl. localization) and graphics for digital media. You will also be responsible for day-to-day contact with our followers on our four Nordic Meta accounts, why it is important that you are fluent (native) in at least one of the Nordic languages.
On one hand, the job consists of being responsible for Asmodee Nordic’s social media and online campaigns. On the other, the job includes helping with various practical marketing assignments as our department runs many different aspects of our marketing efforts. From branding, localization of product text, events and
fair planning, retailer campaigns and many other things, your job will be to assist where needed. You will report to the Nordic Marketing Director and also have assignments from our Creative Manager and Event/SoMe/PR Manager.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
- Social media: make yearly Social Media plans for our four Mata accounts with the support of the marketing team, create or adapt content, plan and execute campaigns and analyze our social media efforts.
- Press contact and coordinate send outs.
- Demonstrate board games at consumer events.
- Various marketing tasks: minor graphic work, proofreading, updating websites, coordination of POS material send-out and execution and various ad hoc tasks.
- Assist execution of the Nordic marketing plans
Your Profile
- You are self-driven, motivated, positive, comfortable working independently and have a service-minded and positive attitude towards every task that you receive big or small
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and some high-peak times during the year. It is a plus if you are well organized as we juggle many projects at a time.
- You have an interest or education in marketing.
- A must is experience and interest within social media as a key responsibility will be to optimize the Nordics’ asmodee online presence.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Meta Business Suite is an advantage, but not a must.
- Language skills: you must be fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) and English. It is a plus if you understand other Nordic languages than your own.
