The business case is unique and Imbox Protection is continuing the dedicated scale-up across multiple countries. As they only cover less than 10% of the total market, there is still great potential ahead in this category of which Imbox is the only provider and owner of the patent.

To maintain momentum in the market, IMBOX plan on onboarding more Regional Sales Managers, focusing on the huge potential in different regions in Central and Southern Europe.

A regional pipeline of potential new targets is already established, but it is up to the Regional Sales Manager to define and drive the ongoing processes with potential customers. Your main focus will be new business, defining and processing sales leads across your region. To succeed in growing sales and expanding the existing customer platform you are expected to:

  • Exploit and analyze the full potential of your market/region – and execute on a market plan and sales initiatives in alliance with the Head of Sales.
  • Impact the market with well planned, independent and targeted sales work, selling the Imbox concept to new customers.
  • Manage your pipeline, create overview, ensure a healthy sales flow and analyze your conversion rates for continuous growth in your activities.
  • Share knowledge and learnings in the Sales team and interact with other RSMs to improve.
  • Repeat the winning recipe with an eager and positive attitude and fight for each new customer and every percentage you can gain.
  • Continue to identify market potential and potential leads.

The successful candidate

We believe that you need to have the following profile to succeed as Regional Sales Manager in IMBOX:

  • You have successful experience in international sales.
  • You are experienced in sales to professional buyers, based on project/leasing concepts.
  • You can handle an entire revenue stream from lead generation to pipeline and closing.
  • You speak/write English and/or “the regional language” at a negotiation level. Your region could either be Italy, France, Spain or “Central Europe”.
  • You thrive with some 50-60 days of travelling/year.
