
Graphic Designer
About the Role
Fredericia are looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, based in Copenhagen.
Fredericia is a family-owned and B Corp-certified design company established in 1911. We are co-founders of Danish Modern Design and are deeply committed to transparency, authentic materials, and human empathy. Originating from the foundation of Danish furniture design and manufacturing, our heritage is characterised by indisputable classics and enduring collections that have sustained decades of consistent production.
In this role, you will work independently with briefs and take responsibility for developing and producing high-quality design materials that align with our visual identity. You will support a wide range of projects – from campaigns and product launches to catalogues and packaging – helping to ensure consistency across all our brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce graphic materials in line with Fredericia’s visual identity.
- Translate marketing and sales needs into clear and compelling design outcomes.
- Design campaign and retail POS material.
- Maintain and evolve retail and brand catalogues, price lists, and sustainability report.
- Create visual identities for events, collaborations, and launches.
- Design packaging and unboxing experiences.
- Prepare production-ready files and communicate with print suppliers when needed.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably from a premium design or lifestyle-focused company.
- A conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for detail and excellent typographic skills.
- A collaborative mindset and proven ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized under pressure.
- Ability to work independently but play a key role in a dynamic team and contribute to the culture of the organization.
- Ability to apply brand identity across different formats.
- Strong portfolio that shows versatility.
- An interest in furniture, interiors, or design culture would be a natural advantage in understanding and contributing to Fredericia’s visual expression.
- Strong Danish and English language skills are required
