- Inspection Planning: Schedule and coordinate suitable dates and times for equipment inspections.
- On-Site Inspections: Perform thorough on-site inspections and testing of medical equipment to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report Completion: Liaise with manufacturers to gather additional information required to complete inspection reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing and sales teams to provide them with the necessary information to support the purchase and sales processes.
- Supervision and Testing: Oversee the dismantling and testing of medical equipment on-site.
- Customer Engagement: Attend and actively contribute to customer meetings, both on-site and remotely, to address any concerns and provide technical insights.
- Rental Unit Assistance: Assist with the installation, operation, and deinstallation of rental units, ensuring they are fully operational and meet client needs.
- Warehouse Duties: Harvest parts from systems and perform general warehouse duties during periods without travel for inspections.
About you:
The position offers a unique blend of technical, operational, and customer-facing tasks, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to learn and understand the intricacies of diagnostic imaging equipment and processes. This role provides a dynamic environment where you can grow professionally while contributing to the advancement of medical technology and patient care. We’re looking for a profile with the following to offer:
- Technical Experience: Practical technical experience is essential for this role.
- DI Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment is highly desirable.
