Internal Sales Coordinator – DACH Region

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Focus: Sales Support and Customer Service

Join VERPAN and be part of our Internal Sales Team as an Internal Sales Coordinator for the DACH region.

We are seeking a service-oriented and organized individual to support sales efforts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service. You’ll manage administrative tasks that keep the sales team running smoothly and support our goal of building long-term client relationships.

As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction at VERPAN.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for sales inquiries in the DACH region.
• Assist the sales team with quotes, orders, and product inquiries.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain and update customer data, price lists, and order details in internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
• Provide support to other team members during peak periods or absences.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus).
