Area Sales Manager, France & BeNeLux
Location: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, or Denmark
Focus: Wholesale and Contract Sales
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead wholesale and contract sales in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Your main focus will be expanding VERPAN’s presence in B2C and B2B markets, including managing relationships with online retailers, brick-and-mortar distributors, and key wholesale partners. This role is pivotal in driving sales and increasing VERPAN’s brand visibility across these regions. This will include building an organization and local presence over time in the region.
As part of our dynamic team, you will help shape our sales processes and strategies in an exciting and fast-growing company.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales across wholesale, B2C, and B2B markets, managing relationships with distributors and e-tailers.
- Identify and onboard new wholesale partners, while strengthening existing relationships.
- Promote VERPAN’s products through meetings, events, and direct engagement with partners.
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and track progress toward sales goals.
- Represent VERPAN at trade shows and events to showcase products and build brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the furniture, lighting, or design sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience with online sales channels and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

- You are organized, goal-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience in e-commerce and retail management.
- You are fluent in French and English, with other languages being a plus.
