Area Sales Manager, DACH Region
Location: Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Denmark
Focus: Wholesale and Contract Sales
VERPAN is seeking an experienced and result driven Area Sales Manager to lead wholesale and contract sales in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your focus will be on expanding VERPAN’s reach in B2C and B2B markets, driving sales through online channels, brick-and-mortar distributors, and key wholesale partners. This role is key in growing the VERPAN brand and solidifying its presence as a leader in the region's furniture and lighting sectors. This will include building an organization and local presence over time in the DACH region.
As part of our dynamic team, you will help shape our sales processes and strategies in an exciting and fast-growing company.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales across wholesale, B2C, and B2B markets, managing relationships with retail distributors, e-tailers, and other partners.
- Identify new wholesale partners and strengthen existing relationships.
- Present and promote VERPAN’s products to new and existing partners.
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales goals.
- Represent VERPAN at trade shows and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies.
- Support marketing efforts to expand VERPAN’s market share.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably within the furniture, lighting, or design sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in German and English.
- Experience with online retailers and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
