Area Sales Manager, Contract – Scandinavia (A&D Focus)

Focus: A&D (Architecture & Design) Market
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our contract sales efforts in Scandinavia. You will be instrumental in expanding VERPAN’s presence within the A&D market, building relationships with architects and interior designers. Additionally, you will manage B2B dealers and Key Account Management (KAM) projects to support VERPAN’s growth across the region.
As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll help shape the sales processes and strategies at a growing company with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with key A&D stakeholders in Scandinavia.
- Drive sales growth in the A&D market and increase VERPAN’s brand presence among design professionals.
- Manage B2B and KAM projects to expand VERPAN’s market share in Scandinavia.
- Present and promote VERPAN’s products to clients, both in meetings and at events.
- Follow up on quotes and proposals, ensuring progress toward sales goals.
- Represent VERPAN at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to process development to support the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in design, furniture, or the A&D sector.
- Strong network within the A&D sector, or ability to develop relationships quickly.
- Fluent in English and Danish/Swedish/Norwegian, with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
