Internal ERP System Consultant - Microsoft D365BC

Will you be a key person in ensuring that our ERP supports the group strategy and the continued growth journey? And will you become one of the key figures in the further support and development of G&O Maritime Groups ERP-system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) then you might be our new colleague?

An exciting and challenging job with plenty of responsibility

We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded Dynamics 365 BC System Consultant. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the system administration of our ERP systems. As an ERP System Consultant, your tasks will involve configuration, user setup and customization of the group's ERP systems. We are currently preparing for an upgrade of our current version of Microsoft Dynamics BC and the migration of companies that become a part of the Group as we expand. You will become a part of a team of three internal ERP System Consultants.

Responsibilities

It is a newly created position – due to high company growth (both organic, as unorganic) - where your responsibilities will include, for example:

• Development, optimization and automatizations of processes together with the process owners
• Overseeing upgrades and integration between BC365 and other applications
• Administration, troubleshooting and 1st line support of our ERP solution
• Ensure that system configurations align with and support the organization's needs and standards across departments, including Production, Sales, Finance, and others
• Engage with external business consultants and developers, overseeing and managing the execution of agreed-upon projects
• Facilitate ERFA groups across the Group
• Preparing and maintaining documentation

To be a success as our new ERP System Consultant

We imagine that you:

• Have a strong understanding and are skilled at creating innovative solutions
• Are open to adopting new technologies and have experience with, or are eager to learn about, utilizing administrative robots to automate tasks
• Comprehensive technical expertise in IT applications
• Have in-depth knowledge of ERP solutions – preferably with D365BC
• Have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the field
• Have a strong aptitude for managing day-to-day operations and delivering effective solutions
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work across various departments, including Sales, Production, Finance, Product Maintenance, and Development
• Preferred qualifications: Proven experience in ERP migration within an international environment
• Service-oriented with a talent for building relationships across the organization
• Empathetic and collaborative, with a flexible, positive and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Danish and English
