Imagine a future where you lead the Global People Services teams for Ørsted headquarters and Denmark which is essential for our companies’ growth.

Join us in this role as Senior Manager where you’ll lead three operations teams in Denmark in charge of the hire-to-retire process for our growing workforce. The team supports all day-to-day operations across the entire hire-to-retire value chain, covering Talent Acquisition Operations, Onboarding, HR Operations, Payroll Operations, and master data governance.

Welcome to Global People Services

You’ll be part of Global People Services (GPS) in Denmark where you, together with your colleagues, will build and operate within a framework for current and future GPS activities in Denmark. You'll be responsible for handling tasks from the wider business and ensuring that your teams are empowered to facilitate delivery and success. To support you, you’ll have Associate Leads for each team, to ensure we have a close connection between the team deliverables and our strategic goals. As a team, we collaborate across our organisation, embraces learning opportunities, shares talent, and supports development. We believe in culture add instead of culture fit and we provide meaning to measures. We work globally with a collaborative approach and driven mindset.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading and managing your department and working closely with global peer managers and other teams to successfully implement HR administrative processes
  • being an active part of the GPS management team, managing the global GPS organisation and supporting functions within maturation, quality, and compliance
  • overseeing recruitment and resource allocations within your teams
  • participating and delivering on relevant GPS projects, to ensure the efficient processes and future proof solutions
  • ensuring our local data capture follows GDPR and that we endorse local labour legislation.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong leadership skills
  • have extensive experience working with the hire to retire value chain, preferably from a similar role
  • have a global mindset with cultural sensitivity and understanding
  • have experience with people master data quality and compliance for sensitive personnel data.
