One of the key elements in delivering on our significant growth ambitions is ensuring security of supply – and for that we need an experienced technical purchaser.

Description

We are a company in rapid growth, and we are right now scaling our organization to execute our strategy. In this newly established role, you will be expected to help build the Supply Chain function and impact which structures and processes are needed to have a world class Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical purchasing, preferably within electrical components. Knowing the PV market is an advantage.

You will be responsible for

  • Screening of potential suppliers with the guidelines set by our ESG framework
  • Facilitating tenders
  • Conducting calculations in the tender phase
  • Conducting supplier audits

Travel days should be expected (max 30 days/year)

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of experience as a purchaser within a technical working environment
  • Experience with sourcing of transformers and cables
  • Possibly a civil engineer background, however experience is rated higher
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Danish, Swedish and/or Polish is and advantage

BeGreen’s head office is in Haslev and from 1. September we will also have an office in Carlsbergbyen in Copenhagen. The candidate can choose to work from either office. We offer a work structure, which seeks to balance a good office working environment with flexibility.

The position is full time, 37 hours per week (excluding lunch).
