ABOUT THE POSITION

The Executive Assistant role is a unique opportunity to be exposed to the inner workings of a first rate real estate development organization. You will closely follow the day-to-day life of the Group CEO for SEED ALFA Sarl Group, our mother company, and Executive Team, assisting with a range of activities from logistics and travel planning; to preparation for high level meetings.

This is an ideal position for a recently graduated business or communications student with an interest in real estate.

WE OFFER

A dynamic workplace where you will be accountable for a wide range of administrative functions including; scheduling and calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reporting, preparing material and presentations. You will be the one who ensures our SEED ALFA Group CEO, and Executive Team, of ALFA Development always has professional and necessary support in planning, logistics, preparation and administration to feel prepared and in control at all times, so they rest assured that there is sufficient follow-up on all activities. You will be working close with our SEED ALFA Group CEO, as well as you will – on a day to day basis – work closely with our Director of Living Concepts, as well and the rest of the organisation and in specific our dedicated Marketing Team ordering branding and marketing supplies, organising events and in house community building and preparing SoMe posts.

WE EXPECT

That you will provide value-adding and professional support to our SEED ALFA Group CEO and Executive Team, to support our international expansion and business growth. You have experience from a similar position. You pay attention to detail and have an efficient and result-oriented approach to handling tasks, even in surprising situations. You can manage a variety of responsibilities, have a strong drive and enjoy working in a team of various stakeholders as much as working independently. You maintain a good overview and take pride in being proactive. You are serviceminded and an excellent communicator who listens to others and sees the value in feedback. You have experience with organizing travel, accommodation and other logistics; understanding that this sometimes requires being available out of the regular workday hours and travels. We expect you are familiar with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Power Point, Sharepoint. Ideally, you are also a proficient user of InDesign, while part of your DNA is a high level of service and quality. You thrive in a dynamic environment where the agenda is in constant change. You are energetic, flexible with a positive approach and a natural ‘Yes, we can’ attitude. You are dedicated and flexible in your way of working, both in mindset and your ability to travel.
