Welcome to the Pharma4ever team
Pharma4ever Eng provides pharmaceutical companies with expert consultancy services based on vast GMP experience. We endeavor to be their preferred engineering partner, supporting projects ranging from the optimization of process equipment to large-scale expansions.
Joining our ranks, you become part of our tight-knit team of experts. We total 20 experienced and fun-loving colleagues who – though we are typically out on different assignments – still share a unique team spirit.
“In a lot of ways, your clients and the project teams will be your everyday colleagues. But you’re also part of the ever-present Pharma4ever family, which you meet and interact with regularly,” explains Jonas Højslet, CEO & Partner in Pharma4ever Eng.
You are our clients’ expert resource
As automation engineer and consultant, you will be assigned to one project at a time, working independently and supplying expert automation knowledge to a project team. The projects vary in size and duration, ranging from a few months to a year or more.
During that time, you will become an integrated part of the client’s organization. This provides you with an ever-changing and ever-challenging workday where you solve problems, explore relevant process technologies and collaborate closely with a myriad of colleagues.
More specifically, you can look forward to participating in:
- The development and maturing of processes and equipment, for instance in large-scale expansion projects
- Optimization projects across the entire production chain
- GMP improvement projects
- Remodeling, qualifications and improvements of production lines
We want to invest in you!
In Pharma4ever, we believe that a healthy work-life balance means not working more than 37 hours per week, and we go out of our way to make sure this is the rule – not the exception. Moreover, we are giving the lead on wages, offering you an attractive compensation package.
We also put a lot of effort into constantly bolstering and nurturing our exceptional pharma4ever culture. Therefore, we prioritize meeting up all of us at least once a month, making sure to check in and catch up.
What is more, we want to give you every opportunity to grow and develop. So should you want to pursue knowledge or take a course, we are more than willing to provide you with options.
“We know that we’re stronger as a team if we’re comfortable reaching out to each other, so we always prioritize having fun and nurturing strong relationships.” – Maria Giskeødegård
