This is a great opportunity for a driven and passionate Sales Manager to drive help us realise our growth potential covering the Nordics region. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who can take this fantastic new product to market with the enthusiasm and ambition it deserves. The ideal candidate will not only generate leads but also close the sale.
We have had many successful wins in selling to some of the world’s largest companies, such as the quality of our solutions. Now, we need to accelerate our growth by identifying and to reach the endless list of opportunities that will establish Dematic as a key player in this new territory.
We are looking for a self-starter who will establish, implement and develop the sales road map. You will be enthusiastic, hardworking and commercially driven. A good communicator who can build long-term positive relationships with both our customers and our solutions team around the world.
Business acumen and credibility are extremely important. A proven track record in sales is far more important to us than qualifications; however, you will be someone who enjoys setting and achieving sales targets and finding new sales avenues and markets.
You will need to develop an extensive knowledge of our range of products and that of the competitors, with the ability to research new market sectors in order to quickly respond to market trends. You will need to research market trends and develop a detailed understanding of business priorities and challenges that Dematic may be able to solve with our solutions. You will also need to communicate closely with the regional team on any customer feedback or requirements.
You will report directly to the Sales Director who represents the Nordics region who forms part of the Dematic Northern European Leadership team.
There will be significant levels of travel covering the Nordics region and throughout Northern Europe.
