Are you an experienced sales professional within the area of chemical, food & beverage and pharmaceutical industry, who are triggered by joining an Industry 4.0 start-up with the motivation of improving the way lab professionals work? Then you might be our new Sales Director, ready to join our team of highly skilled engineers and designers.

About the position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director who will be handling the growth and commercial aspects of scaling the sales of our lab solution. You will join a flat and agile organisation where good ideas are implemented fast. You will be working with an international team with skills and motivations to become leading in the lab automation market.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies in alignment with technical milestones
  • Adapt and develop our business model based on product development and customer feedback

  • Perform both inbound and outbound sales
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers
  • Establish a global distributor network for re-selling our solution
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and customers

About the company

Inniti is a Copenhagen based start-up founded in 2017, backed by the Danish Innovation Fund, The Danish Growth Fund and international investors. We are a diverse team of 7 engineers and designers focusing on building a fun but productive atmosphere. We are now looking for a Sales Director to join our team. We have developed and launched an innovative solution for technicians and researchers working in laboratories to independently automate and document their experiments within minutes. Inniti provides a software platform for automating and analysing experiments with a few clicks. Additionally, we sell our lab equipment and technology that enables the end user to control and monitor existing lab equipment from our platform.

We are taking the laboratories into Industry 4.0, making organisations in the chemical, food & beverage and pharmaceutical industry innovate more & faster.

About you

You have +3 years of experience selling technical solutions, either equipment and/ or SaaS to relevant industries, ideally to laboratories. You have been part of developing and implementing sales strategies internationally and understanding of the relevant marketing channels. To succeed in the position, it is vital that you can take an active role in building and improving a sales organisation in close collaboration with engineers and designers.
