Provide financial support for special price agreements

In this newly established position, you will be part of our finance function. Here, you will join our Home and Distribution division where we handle a large and complex flow of products.

Working closely with our business controller, you will provide support in relation to our special price agreements (SPA). Doing so, you will be working very closely not only with the business but also our distributors as you will be responsible for processing monthly claims and converting incoming contracts to our SAP system. More specifically, you will:

  • Supply general support to the business on questions related to special price agreements
  • Maintain and develop systems related to the monthly processing in SAP
  • Develop financial KPIs for our transactional business in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner
  • Handle distributor bonus process, bonus calculations, approval and pay-out process – this includes managing and monitoring accruals in close collaboration with the Finance Business Partner
  • Collaborate with our pricing manager on pricing topics

You will also be a driving force in automating our processes. For instance, you will be in charge of developing and migrating processes for Laurits Knudsen products into our SAP system.

Stakeholder management comes naturally to you, and you know how to collaborate and communicate with both business and our distributors. Moreover, you:

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree in economics or finance
  • Have 3+ years of experience from a similar job
  • Have a high proficiency and experience in Excel
  • Are an experienced user of MS Access and have experience with SAP
  • Have strong English communication skills – Danish language skills are a plus
