Unique solutions require talent and we are currently looking for an experienced Product Owner for one of our five C2 SCRUM teams in Herlev. You must have a natural interest in learning about our products and deliveries, being able to drive the deliveries from the SCRUM team towards the defined goals.

As our new Product Owner (PO), you will become part of our C2 technical organization (C2 TEC), which counts 100 highly engaged colleagues being an area of great focus and importance in Terma. Within the C2 TEC organization in Herlev we are working in stable, interdisciplinary and self-managed teams based on the SCRUM methodology. Some of our focus areas are continuous improvement of deliveries within agreed cost, time and quality, knowledge-sharing and innovation, where you will be a direct contributor. You will be working closely with your SCRUM team and with other POs and Project Managers in C2 Herlev.

The role and your most important tasks

Working out of our Herlev location, you will be responsible for the deliveries from a dedicated cross-functional SCRUM team by setting the direction for team deliveries, priorities for the team and ensuring a high-quality backlog with help from our team System Engineer, Software Architect and Lead.

Examples of area of responsibility:

  1. Stakeholder management for the SCRUM team, e.g. Product Managers, Project Managers and POs from other teams
  2. Ensuring clear goals and visions for the deliveries from the SCRUM team
  3. Ensuring high quality backlog by managing the System Engineer, Product Manager and Software Architect/Lead
  4. Ensuring that the deliveries of the team are fulfilling the goals regarding budget and time
  5. Setting priorities for the SCRUM team development tasks
  6. Participating in SCRUM ceremonies and be of assistance to the team in case of issues and clarifications

Your experience and education

You have minimum 3 years of experience as a PO and hold experience with high-level product and software development.

We expect that you:

  1. Are an experienced Product Owner e.g. certified PO
  2. Are experienced in roadmap development and planning, also with focus on cost
  3. Hold excellent skills within stakeholder management and coordination
  4. Have a natural drive and possess leadership skills, effectively driving a delivery to completion
  5. Have experience in agile/SCRUM development - perhaps you have even been part of an agile change process
    Candidates holding experience with the following will be preferred:
  6. Agile development in a waterfall environment
  7. Agile Project Management
  8. JIRA Agile
