Proces Manager for Support & Services

Support & Services focus on the aftermarket; maintenance and service agreements, spare part management, repairs, upgrades etc. securing happy customers.

The job

Terma Support & Services is looking for a Proces Manager to secure streamlined and effective processes across all service activities. You will be part of a professional team in Denmark supporting our international colleagues.

Terma Support & Services is divided among several of our locations but you will be working out of Herlev.

The tasks

Beside being responsible for securing all relevant procedures you will be responsible for

  • evaluation, purchase, alignment, training and instructions on new Service tools
  • maintaining existing tool documentation
  • maintaining and writing new Support & Services processes and instructions
  • maintaining and developing product catalogues and price-machines
  • maintaining and developing new templates and being the link to Legal/Contract Management on template issues

The job will also include functions and activities like

  • Establish and maintain required service sales tools, marketing materials, graphics, photos, etc.
  • Taking part in testing of new ERP system and update of necessary related procedures
  • Contributing to go-to-market strategies and business strategy

Qualifications and personality

Various education backgrounds can be relevant dependent on subsequently working profile.

We do however expect as minimum concluded middle-range training.

  • Experience from previous similar employment would be an advantage
  • Economic and business oriented knowledge and understanding
  • Expert in use of Microsoft office - exspecially Excel
  • Fluency in Danish and English (oral and written)

A very octopus-like job; wearing many hats and being the organizer of Support & Services in broader terms. We need a person with overview, high sense of Danish and English language use, extremely structured – and able to keep breadth of view.

Committed to deadlines and have a very structured approach to assignments, responsible and result-oriented

  • Capable of communicating technically complex solutions in a comprehensive and committed manner – included being well-constructed in writing (perfect in Danish and English writing)
  • Maintaining a high service level.
  • Thrive on a busy and often hectic working day with numerous parallel activities
  • Self-driven: Ability to create results alone or as part of a team effort
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to navigate in complex organization and markets
