As a HSE Awareness Trainer, your main responsibility will be to facilitate and conduct training both on our offshore and office sites. You will meet and greet our delegates – making them feel inspired and in a safe learning environment. To ensure that the scope of the training is aligned across the value chain, you will cooperate and coordinate with relevant internal departments. Besides the actual training, you will also be responsible for the administrative aspects, preparing all paperwork and handouts for your training events. You will develop and improve the training material and other tools in close collaboration with the global HSE colleagues.

We expect that you have a relevant HSE technical background and experience with training, and have the pedagogical skills to earn the delegates respect and keep control of the room. As a person, you are emphatic and have a great sense of humour. You are friendly, extrovert and helpful, and you are able to think outside the box and come up with new ideas.
