As a HSE Awareness Trainer, your main responsibility will be to facilitate and conduct training both on our offshore and office sites. You will meet and greet our delegates – making them feel inspired and in a safe learning environment. To ensure that the scope of the training is aligned across the value chain, you will cooperate and coordinate with relevant internal departments. Besides the actual training, you will also be responsible for the administrative aspects, preparing all paperwork and handouts for your training events. You will develop and improve the training material and other tools in close collaboration with the global HSE colleagues.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Keeping yourself up to date with HSE laws and regulations for the relevant regions and passing this on to the HSE management team
  • Attending and participating regularly in team meetings in Aarhus
  • Providing Safety Awareness Training with regards to Health and Environmental protection aspects
  • Coordinate with other trainers to ensure all areas are covered including Health and Environment
  • Developing and maintaining training material incl. e-learnings for specific employee groups
  • Facilitate various workplace assessments including e.g. ergonomics.

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

... has excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills. You are able to adapt training contents to the delegates and spot the ones who may need extra help. We expect that you have a relevant HSE technical background and experience with training, and have the pedagogical skills to earn the delegates respect and keep control of the room. As a person, you are emphatic and have a great sense of humour. You are friendly, extrovert and helpful, and you are able to think outside the box and come up with new ideas.

We expect that you:

  • Have knowledge of e.g. work place assessments, risk assessments and HSE legislation
  • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes and construction sites
  • Are fluent in Danish and English
