The ideal candidate holds a degree in business administration or food science, is newly graduated or has 2-3 years of experience. We are an international team and work all over Europe. Strong language skills are an advantage, with English a must. An interest in food, sales, business development and general management is important as well. These are the areas our business graduate programme is established to support.
The first year will be in one of the group companies and the second year split in two rotations each in a different group company. During the 2 year period you will be working on three different projects/assignments and be involved in the day to day work in the companies as well. We have companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, UK, Germany and Netherlands. The two positions we are opening now will have the first year in Denmark and UK, respectively. You will get a manager and mentor throughout the full two years, whom will be part of the NIC senior management team. He/she will support your personal development and help you shape your further career in NIC. Depending on your performance and interest, our goal will be to offer you a junior management position within sales, marketing or supply chain after the 2 years graduate programme.
For the position based in Denmark the work location will be Aarhus and the first year assignment primarily to support the export team on various customer projects and back-office. In addition you will be involved in one or two acquisition projects as business analyst.
For the one position based in UK the work location will be London/Bodmin and the first year assignment primarily be to roll-out a web-shop and to support the introduction of a new commodity-goods project. In addition you will be involved in one or two acquisition projects as business analyst.

We mainly operate business to business, with our typical customers being ice cream shops/chains, wholesalers or industrial producers. Within most of our biggest product categories we have own production or contract manufacturing.
