Vores kunde Active Sportswear Int. vil, som en del af deres ambitiøse vækstplan, gå fra hovedagentstruktur til eget kontor og organisation i Tyskland og søger derfor en salgschef til det tyske marked. Målet er dels at opbygge og udvikle salgsorganisationen i Tyskland samt at øge omsætning og indtjening på markedet.

Med reference til salgsdirektøren bliver du ansvarlig for salg og markedsføring af Active Sportswears egne mærker Color Kids og Kilmanock på det tyske marked. Du vil med udgangspunkt fra kontor i Hamborg skulle stå i spidsen for salget til såvel eksisterende som nye Key Accounts. Samtidig formår du at lede og udvikle én Key Account Manager samt pt 6 underagenter, der hver dækker et geografisk område af Tyskland.
